This is a video of 150 Royal Perth Hospital workers went on strike. This is the second day in a row in the morning protesting on Wellington Street. Carolyn Smith from a new organised union LHMU says the prices of household items and everyday living items are going up. So they just can not live with the small amount of salary they are given. The demanding protestors are hoping for atleast $120 extra per week in the next three years. They say the health minister doesn't care about them. The health minister says it is negotiable and will be dealt with as soon as possible or immediately. Video by Andrew Balding from the program Academy News.
